Adding an Entity

You can add new entities via the Entity Management workspace.

 

To add a new entity:

1.  Log in to the Master Entity using your system administrator account. For more information contact MSX Support.

2.  Open the Entities Management workspace by clicking on the Entity icon in the Configuration Navigation Pane.

3.  Select the Insert option on the Home ribbon to add a new, blank row.

 

 

4.  In the blank row created in the grid, enter the Entity information – Code, Name and other options - required for the Entity to be available for users in Prospero.

5.  Close the workspace and when prompted, Save your additions.
