You can delete entities via the Entity Management workspace.
To delete an entity:
1. Log in to the Master Entity using your system administrator account. For more information contact Prospero Support.
1. Open the Entities Management workspace by clicking on the Entity icon in the Configuration Navigation Pane.
2. Click on the row for the entity item to delete.
3. Select the Delete option from the Definitions ribbon.
4. When prompted, confirm your deletion.
5. Close the workspace and, when prompted, Save your modifications.
Note: Exercise caution whenever deleting an entity as this will remove the ability for users to access the entity in future. If an entity is no longer required, you may want to consider making the entity “Inactive”.
