Hot Keys for Line Definitions

Prospero provides support for common keyboard hot keys commands in the Line Definition workspace. Prospero currently provides support for the CTRL+ D Key combination to copy the value in one line’s column down multiple rows.

For example:

1.  Select a cell with contents (such as the number format cell as per below).

2.  Highlight the cells in rows below the one you wish to copy.

3.  Press the CTRL + D keys. The value in the top-most populated cell will copy down the workspace.

The CTRL + D command is implemented for items on the line definition screen, including formulas, formatting, underlines, expansion fields, options checkboxes, etc. The command cannot be used on lines that may be read-only. Also, for expanded row formats, it will only copy to rows that have Expand enabled.
