Installing the Prospero® client software to your desktop is quick and easy.
To begin:
1. Using your browser, go to the Prospero client application URL location as specified by your Systems Administrator or Prospero Support Analyst.
2. Choose the Prospero client to install for your machine type by selecting either the 32-bit or 64-bit link.
3. When prompted, enter your license key as provided by your Systems Administrator or Prospero Support Analyst.
4. Configure your connection string as specified by your Systems Administrator or Prospero Support Analyst.
5. Log in using your Prospero credentials as supplied by your Systems Administrator or Prospero Support Analyst.
