In a nutshell, Prospero Configuration allows you to define your organization’s general ledger accounts, divisions, locations, book codes, etc. In most organizations, the Prospero System Administrator will be tasked with managing Prospero configuration and setup. However, Prospero is flexible enough to allow more than one individual to fulfill most configuration and administration functions. See Prospero Security for more information.
