Column Header Definition Period Information Tab

Each tab on the Column Header Definition contains fields for adding to your header.

 

 

Available Header values and syntax on the Period Information tab are the following:

Displays the periods covered by the report

Number of Periods Covered

@PERCOVERED

Displays a numeric value representing the number of periods covered in the report.

Period End Date: Default

@ENDING

Displays the period end date in the date format defined in your Options setting

“April 30, 2014”

Period End Date: Prospero Long Date

@PROSPEROENDING

Displays the period end date in a long date format but without the day of the week included.

“April 30, 2014”

Period End Date: System Long Date

@LONGENDING

Displays the period end date in weekday, month, day and year format.

“Monday, April 30, 2014”

Period End Date: System Short Date

@SHORTENDING

Displays the period end date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

“4/30/2014”

Column Period

@PERIOD

Displays the column period.

“April”

Column Period Number

@PERNUM

Displays the column period as a numeric value.

“4”

Start Period: Default

@SPERIOD

Displays the start period in the date format defined in your Options setting.

“4/1/2014”

Start Period: Prospero Long Date

@PROSPEROSPERIOD

Displays the start period in a long date format but without the day of the week included.

“April 1, 2014”

Start Period: System Long Date

@LONGSPERIOD

Displays the period start date in weekday, month, day and year format.

Start Period: System Short Date

@SHORTSPERIOD

Displays the period start date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Column Year

@YEAR

Displays the year.

End Period: Default

@EPERIOD

Displays the end period in the date format defined in your Options setting
